Description
Objective of job Concept quality works on monitoring and analyzing the voice of customer, and takes the result to push the product improvement from both development and series phases. 
To monitor and analyze the Voice-of-Customers (VOC) raw data from customer survey or field quality sensor in terms of concept and execution quality feedback, generate regular report.To summarize the VOC from China and create management report, and lead the global alignment of Top issues for China market, drive the alignment with Head Quarter for solutions.To bring the quality requirement / perspective to corresponding working groups and push to integrate into concept bookTo provide the analysis from external supplier to problem solving process in China and Germany, and drive the issue resolution progress with the key stakeholders throughout the relevant processes, including concept issues and malfunction caused by design. To follow-up on specific VOC projects and deep dives, or support additional analysis or evaluation of future oriented concept upon business planTo continuously improve the product knowledge and keep the industrial competence Qualifications Qualification  Education
- Master / Bachelor of business, economic, engineering 
Experience
- Min. 2 years of work experience on product management or customer / product research 
- Broad knowledge about vehicle product and automotive industry.
- Strong at analysis skills and make constructive suggestion. 
- Passion to work with cars incl. driving.
- Strong quality sense, always seek for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, German skill preferred.
