Description
Objective of job Analyst from Concept quality team works on analyzing results out of customer study with support from other data source and translate into product requirement to improvement concept/design issues.
1. To monitor and analyze the Voice-of-Customers (VOC) from external suppliers (e.g. JD Power or Ipsos etc.) in terms of concept quality improvement based on assigned component:
• To drive consumer intelligence through the development of external and internal data sources that improve the business understands of the product concept quality and customer satisfaction, such as voice recognition usability, ADAS, drivability etc.
• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
• The ability to balance customer needs against the company's vision and continuously improve product KPIs, e.g. complaint rate, CSI
3. To bring the quality requirement together with HQ counterpart and bring requirement into product concept book and evaluate the company products, benchmark with competitors
4. To work with other customer research / data analytic team in China for getting new insight and support counterparts for their research pagers
5. Project management and supplier management when supervisor assigns
Qualifications
Qualification Education
- Master of business, economic, mathematics, engineering
Experience
- Min. 3 years of work experience on product management or customer / product research
- Proficient in data collecting from multiple information source, and efficient in providing structured overview on research result
- Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methods, and data analytic skill. Familiar with Python is a plus..
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to explain your work
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Proficient in English and Chinese
