Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina. Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Work model: Hybrid. Contract Type: Indefinite-term. The Consultant will play an integral role in our client-facing engagement teams to create a better world of work. Working within a team of experienced professionals, the Consultant will provide support in conducting research and analysis, building implementable strategies, and developing innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
What is your day to day? Gather and analyze client data, market data, and other external research Participate in and assist with client engagement activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups and workshops Support the engagement team with research, client assessments, and qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop implementable strategies and recommendations Use critical thinking techniques and analytical skills to help solve complex problems, including using methods such as human-centered design Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and professional standards Aid with effective communication with clients, key stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to future of work, work dynamics, real estate, and workplace Assist Consulting team with thought leadership initiatives through research and presentation development Communication strategies and creative deliverables related Required: Bachelor's degree with a focus in Architecture, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, real estate, portfolio strategy, workplace strategy, change management or related industry is preferred but not mandatory. Data analysis experience is required. Upper-intermediate level of English. Portuguese is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Power BI is a plus.
