You have 3-5 years of professional experience in comparable positions e.g. Assurance Manager Big Four Audit Company, (Head of) Accounting with IFRS reporting, (Head of) Controlling.? You coach others, recognize their strengths and encourage them to take responsibility for their own development.? You are eager to learn and able to grasp complex issues quickly, while being positive, openminded, objective and open to change.? You continuously deepen and broaden your understanding of how the business works and changes. This enables you to give impulses for further business development.? You understand the importance of quality standards and commit to deliver services that sustainably meet customer, market and stakeholder expectations.? You work well with diverse teams and incorporate other perspectives to develop better solutions.? You communicate clearly, confidently, listen to others and are able to put yourself in their position.? You also have good theoretical and practical knowledge of the International Financial Accounting Standards, US GAAP or other.? Teamwork, strong communication and initiative distinguishes you from your peers.? You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.? You have advanced skills in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Other software skills like Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau are appreciated.?
