Who we are looking for:VML seeks an enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver CRM & Loyalty Senior Strategistt. Our CRM & Loyalty Senior Strategist work closely with data & analytics, content strategists and CX/UX roles to create impactful, integrated, and measurable relationship strategy and plans. They will develop customer-centric experience, loyalty and CRM strategies for some of the world's strongest brands.
What you'll do:Build CRM & Loyalty strategies, considering short, mid and long-term roadmap.Defining multichannel strategy for data acquisition and enrichment, aligned with business objectives and segments definition.Collaborate with Data teams in analyzing performance of CRM/media campaigns strategies, and translating results into actionable insights through a clear storytelling.Conduct competitor and trend analysis and synthesize insights from myriad sources to identify the most valuable opportunities.Building stakeholder relationships and support them in the transformation/implementation of new strategies.Taking ownership of the development and day-to-day management of client deliverables and presentations with a strong visual aesthetic and strategic rigor.Developing Point of Views, act as Subject Matter Expert and share best practices to both internal and external stakeholders.Marketing automation strategy definition through User Journey mapping, identifying opportunities to create automated communication journeys.Planning a test and learn approach, including A/B tests or best ways to show impact on brand objectives and KPIs.Design and facilitate workshops with clients to co-create or localize their CRM strategy.Who you are?:5+ years of experience in a related role, developing relationship, loyalty and membership strategies for big companies or consultancy.Probed experience on CRM programs/initiatives strategic development, progressive profiling and data enrichment initiatives.Being familiar with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Hubspot or similars) or e-mail marketing senders (like Mailchimp, emBlue, or similars).A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance or social sciences.Being Advanced in EnglishA demonstrated ability to work in complex environments with many stakeholders on a global level.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.A prominent level of proficiency in the use of PowerPoint and Miro.Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skillWhat you'll need:Loves bringing together diverse teams to collaborate on exciting challengesIs adaptable and proactive, able to find the best way to solve clients' problems without having all you might need and able to deliver innovative recommendations.Has a growth mindset and an insatiable appetite for learning.Self-starter who can operate autonomously and is resilient in a dynamic environment.Appreciates the value of data and creative thinking to inform and accelerate, bringing your strategy to life.Has experience working with multi-channel ecosystems to create seamless experiences across channels.Has exceptional presentation and storytelling skillsHas a high level understanding of CRM tools and technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or AdobeAt VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
