Happy Mammoth is currently looking for a Customer Care Representative   with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in Australia, Europe and USA.  This is a Full Time Remote Contractor Position.  Here Is What We Offer You: Competitive salary A complete remote position - work from wherever you want Highly interactive work with a talented, driven and passionate team Lots of variation to keep the day-to-day exciting (never boring) Free access to books, courses and anything else that helps improve your skill set Here's what you will be responsible for : Guaranteeing our clients have a happy and positive experience in all communications with the Happy Mammoth and associated brands; Provide world leading customer service to our clients over the phone; Provide world leading customer service to our clients through online chat; Managing and working within our customer serviceapp Making changes to customer orders in Shopify and our fulfilment software; Updating our knowledge bases, templates and checklists weekly; Moderating Facebook and Instagram Ad comments; Community building inside our private VIP FacebookGroups; Reselling clients to new and existing products; and Other duties as assigned. You are the following personal attributes : You're direct, honest and genuine in communications with customers and team members You have previous experience in a client service position (preferably remote) Your happy place is interacting and communicating with other people You're detailed oriented and checklist driven You possess a warm, happy and genuine personality You're a confidant written and spoken communicator You enjoy speaking with and assisting clients in phone conversations in English You're a self-starter and able to work remotely without constant supervision Fast learner.
