Position Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for writing BI and analytics reports in SQL and understanding complex data trends. You will work closely with multiple departments, providing them with the insights needed to make informed decisions. Your expertise in SQL and BI tools like Metabase will be vital, as well as your experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate management and staff requests into detailed, insightful reports on business operations and metrics across multiple departments. Additionally, collaboration with the development team to integrate these insights into our in-house designed applications will be a key part of your role.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BI and analytics reports in SQL, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to various departments.Utilize BI tools like Metabase and data warehouses such as Snowflake to extract, analyze, and report data.Employ data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Conduct statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses through data governance practices.Collaborate with the development team to integrate analytics insights into in-house designed applications.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable work experience.Fluent spoken and written English required3-4 years of hands-on work experience in data analysis.Expertise in SQL and proficiency in BI tools like Metabase.Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.Experience with ETL processes and familiarity with data modeling and database design principles is a plus.Strong project management and interpersonal skills.*Please submit resume in English*
