Your mission as a Data Scientist We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and drive the development of advanced algorithms and models to enhance our programmatic platform's performance and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and programmatic advertising, along with proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to enhance our programmatic platform. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the impact of new algorithms and features on platform performance. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the efficient implementation of data pipelines and the scalability of data science solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and programmatic advertising, and incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into our platform. Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners. Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation. What It Takes To Succeed Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. ( optional ) 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, along with experience using libraries and frameworks for machine learning and data analysis (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with programmatic advertising platforms, including familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB) systems. ( optional ) Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis, experimentation, and hypothesis testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
