We are looking for a Growth Digital Director who will be responsible for leading the digital strategy and performance across the LATAM region. You will be working closely with the senior leadership team and bottlers to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in the digital space. You will also be managing a high-performing team of analysts and specialists who support the digital agenda.
As the Growth Digital Director, you will:
Business Guardian: Lead KPIs, challenge results and opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.Ensure timely and effective communication of performance and insights to the leadership team and the bottlers, using data-driven storytelling and visualization.Track and challenge monthly results of OKRs and identify areas of improvement and best practices.Provide support to the strategic narrative, especially with the results and targets, and align with the global and regional frameworks and guidelines.Develop the narrative to communicate the results of the quarter focused on the five priorities to James and Investors, highlighting the impact and value of the digital initiatives.Lead ad-hoc multifunctional initiatives to accelerate the digital agenda, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Lead Zone Relationships: Lead and communicate dashboard performances to the zone presidents and vice presidents, with the main insights and recommendations.Create monthly deliveries for each zone president, with special cases of performance, challenges, and opportunities.Present results in decision points of the zones, to show the main outcomes of the month and the next steps.Coordinate the agenda and presentation for the quarterly meetings with the zone presidents and ensure alignment and collaboration.Governance of Teams Routines ensuring deliverables: Provide support to the strategy and AO team on agenda and content for LRP & ABP process and ensure consistency and quality of the deliverables.Ensure internal decision point, challenge results and opportunities, and provide feedback and guidance to the teams.Network & People: Lead virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring agenda, logistics, engagement, and follow-up.Lead analysis of Pulse results and trends, having a point of view to correct deviations and improve satisfaction and engagement.To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong system and data analysis skills, able to understand and interpret complex and diverse information sources.Strong agile and proactive skills, able to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs and opportunities.Strong organization and planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and persuade different audiences and stakeholders.Extensive knowledge> and experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, and innovation.Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital projects and initiatives in a large and complex organization.Leadership and management skills, able to inspire and motivate a high-performing team and foster a positive and collaborative work environmentEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree in business related field required, MBA preferred+8 years working on Strategy, Product Manager, Business Roles (products or services) or digital transformation divisions, with experience in data & analytics, advance analytics, ecommerce, payments, agile methodologies and digital product cycle developmentsStrong planning, financial acumen, and business acumen, with clear understanding of P&L and Business modelsStrategic Thinking. Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Ability to understand complex data, convert to insights, understand business implications, and utilize to influence and gain alignment.Skills to collaborate and align with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionallyExcellent communication Skills & Influential Leadership. Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way to drive adaption. Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills with ability to communicate complex information in interactions at all organizational levelsAdvanced English and Spanish Level.Travel: 30% of time across LATAM
