E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Based in  Canada,  our partner specializes in unique website design, innovative email marketing, and dynamic branding solutions. They are dedicated to  empowering e-commerce brands  to succeed in the digital era, working on projects that span multiple countries and cultures. 
The Role: Working remotely from Latin America, you'll be instrumental in developing digital marketing strategies, managing email campaigns, and enhancing e-commerce platforms. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth and ensuring the success of diverse e-commerce clients.
Where? Anywhere! This position is fully remote, empowering you to work from any location in Latin America.
What You'll Do: Develop and implement targeted  Paid campaigns  across platforms like Google Ads and various social media channels. Design and manage innovative  email marketing  strategies with Klaviyo, tailoring approaches to different e-commerce sectors. Optimize and enhance Shopify and other  e-commerce sites , focusing on user experience, performance metrics, and conversion optimization. Employ  data analytics  tools to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to refine marketing strategies. It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Meet... 2-5 years of experience in  digital marketing,  specifically within the e-commerce sector. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including  Google ads, social media ads , Klaviyo  and  Shopify. Analytical approach to marketing strategies and data interpretation. Excellent English communication skills. (Upper intermediate) It Would Also Be a Plus If You... Have cross-cultural or international project experience.
