We are looking for a Jr. Account Manager to maintain a book of accounts and engage opportunities that drive company's revenue strategy and business development.
Responsibilities: Complete scheduled, quarterly conversations with owned accounts to help them maximize the value of their Company product while checking in on all clients regularly to understand their ongoing experience.Anticipate client and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about clients to enhance and personalize their experience.Have visibility and execute renewals and upgrades with owned accounts.Cultivate new business opportunities to perform against quarterly quotasCompose new business proposals and source for our solutions tailored to specific client need.Hold discovery calls to understand client requirements, educate them on our solutions, set up meetings, execute contracts, and oversee the client move-in processPresent pricing, determine discount structures, and drive deals through closing.Prepare contracts and oversee the agreements process in Partnership with LegalCreate schedules and deadlines for deal execution and understand our internal processes to drive deals across the finish lineEmbrace cross-functional collaboration with all the areas involved in the process.About You Bachelor's degree required; in a business-related field is preferred1-3 years of experience, preferably in a Sales or as Account ManagerExperience in Salesforce, Power BI, and G-SuiteAbility to compose comprehensive business proposals and execute deals from discovery to closeAbility to carry high quotas, support senior sellers, and be collaborativeNivel de antigüedad Intermedio #J-18808-Ljbffr
