The Position
As Financial Planning Analyst your primary role is to perform planning & controlling activities, and act as Finance Partner to Line of Business improving decision making on sales & investments, and ensuring target achievements trough strong data analysis, risks/opportunities identification and proposed actions in due time.
Activities and Responsibilities
Budgeting & Planning: Provide support to the Financial Planning Manager on delivering the annual budgeting process, rolling estimations and year-end landings; ensuring high quality data to develop meaningful business plans, aligned to the company strategy and objectives.
Financial/Operational Reporting: Ensure an accurate and timely financial reporting processes, and the proper maintenance of financial reporting data structures to secure compliance with current and future business needs.
Controlling & Financial/Business partner: Sales and cost follow up, working together with Line of Business to manage budgets accurately. Promote an investment optimization culture across the affiliate.
Financial Modelling/Business Projects: Update financial models/planning tools to forecast company performance given different business goals and scenarios.
Business Projects: Support financial/business projects on a needed basis. Understand the business needs and assumptions to provide company management with useful information and dashboards for decision making. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
Fluent in oral and writing English level.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Desired Qualifications
Experience in budgeting processes.
Planning and controlling related tools/software user: SAP CO/FI & SAP BW/BO modules, Planning, BI systems, and Data Analytics.
Dashboards developer knowledge in Power BI.
Previous Pharma experience.
