What You Will Do:

Communicating with customers via calls and emailsResearching bugsDocumenting errorsMonitoring systems and alertsContributing to incident management


What you need to succeed in this role:

Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2)Experience in customer support, preferably in technical environmentStrong problem-solving skillsAnalytical thinking
