We are looking for a Global Quality Management System Manager who will be responsible for driving systematic and sustainable quality improvement across the Tenneco organization. This role involves working with all company stakeholders (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales) and cooperating with all regions to prioritize efforts and integrate different perspectives. The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. Youll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. We pride ourselves on moving through processes quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication throughout. RESPONSIBILITIES: QMS maintenance and improvement Maintain and improve QMS across regions, supporting and proposing initiatives to increase effectiveness and integration of quality system requirements and business processes . QMS Training and awareness Provide guidance and awareness to the organization and support with necessary trainings, tools and methodologies. Audit program Coordinate and agree external and internal audit programs with regional organizations, ensure focus on critical topics , monitor execution and outputs , share the key learning across the relevant functions. Quality Maturity Model Measurement Maintain and update Quality Maturity Model in order to make it simple , clear and effective for achieving the quality targets. Asses the status in each production plants , overview the action plan and monitor the implementation Drive the solution for the common gaps across the regions/plants Gap assessment and reporting Report Quality Management System status and provide gap assessment, identify critical areas and investigate potential trend for improvement initiatives. Escalate cases of missing or ineffective actions. KPI and Digitalization Support Quality Director in defining Quality targets in accordance to the business growth. Monitor performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending improvements. Maintain and develop digital solutions to simplify and make Quality KPIs monitoring more efficient. Education: Bachelors Degree is required. Skills & Experience: Experience in quality methods and tools as well as knowledge and application of international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3). Ability in collaborate in cross functional environment and interact effectively at all levels of organization. Open to integrate diverse cultural approach. Clear communication as well as ability in influencing and coaching Flexibility in managing meeting at multiple time zones and availability for international business trip (10-20 %).
