The Global S&C Talent Strategist Manager is a collaborative partner who works on the Global S&C HR team on talent strategy programs and initiatives to attract and retain the best people in S&C, primarily focusing on priorities and programs for Accenture Strategy.
Primary Activities:
Support embedding Accenture Strategy talent priorities in performance, rewards, talent planning, and other HR processes.Create Executive-level talent strategy deliverables clearly linking Strategy & Consulting business strategy to talent imperative and prioritiesDrive end-to-end process for specific talent priorities by doing quantitative and qualitative analysis, gleaning relevant insights, and putting into a succinct Powerpoint deliverable with highly polished visuals and narrativeWork with agility to curate, design and mobilize initiatives for employee value proposition in the context of culture transformation, people experience, inclusion & diversity, recognition and career growth to drive positive impactPartner with HR team to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives and facilitate implementation planning by providing practice-specific insights.Support the delivery of HR programs, primarily for Accenture Strategy.Design and deliver global initiatives for the Accenture Strategy employee value proposition. Ensure integrated change management and communications approaches are being developed and implemented a cross markets, market units, services and practices.Role Requirements: Ability to work across multiple time zonesPeriodic overtime expected throughout yearFlexibility to attend occasional meetings off business hours in support of global team and stakeholdersQualifications
Prior experience in Human Resources at Accenture or similar global organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel to put together executive-level presentation materials (MUST)Strong analytical and program management skills Demonstrated ability to plan, conceptualize, implement key strategic programs Demonstrated executive-level communication skillsProven ability to work with agility and resilience in a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary environmentExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood understanding of the business and its key playersAbility to collaborate across teams, career levels and cultures#J-18808-Ljbffr
