Lead Business Systems Analyst

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our internal systems and processes to support rapid business growth.You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, architect solutions, and drive adoption that enhances productivity.This is an opportunity to shape the backbone that powers a high-growth company poised to lead a multi-billion dollar industry.Responsibilities :- Act as product manager for corporate systems, managing the strategic IT plan and translating requirements into technical deliverables.- Select and manage implementation of software to meet business needs.- Manage the relationship between BizOpz, executive stakeholders and IT.- Provide tracking and reporting on Corporate systems initiativesRequirements :- 6+ yoe working as a Business Systems Analyst- Experience with business analysis and designing complex systems in mid-size to enterprise environments.- Platform specific knowledge e.g. Notion, Jira a plus.- Process improvement mindset- Technology onboarding- Systems analysis and architecture
