ASAPP is looking for a Lead Compliance Engineer, Sales Enablement to join our Security & Privacy Assurance team within our Security & Trust organization to help create a secure, safe, and trusted platform for our customers. Security & Trust is responsible for managing an organization's overall governance, enterprise risk management, and compliance with regulations. The main objective is to align IT security and compliance with business objectives in a structured way, while effectively managing risk and meeting compliance and regulation requirements. What you'll doSupport Sales process on customer security due diligence, including customer security and compliance questionnaires, resolving current or prospective compliance requests from customersEngage with customers' security teams to describe ASAPP's security posture and enable their security approval of ASAPP as a vendorMaintain and update an internal security compliance questionnaire knowledge base through available GRC ToolsWork closely with internal teams to design and implement processes and controls to standardize and scale across the companyProvide technical interpretation of framework requirements to key stakeholders to assist in controls implementationAssist in internal and external auditing and various compliance certificationsAssist in conducting security reviews for new and existing 3rd party vendorsBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'll need10+ years of experience in an IT audit, security compliance, or a similar role with extensive knowledge in the area of security and privacy with at least 2 years in Sales/Customer-facing roles.Familiarity with various compliance frameworks (such as SOC 2, PCI, HITRUST, GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27000 series, etc.)Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence across all levels of an organizationExperience preparing proposals for highly complex solutions with strict cybersecurity requirementsExperience running the full security sales cycle for both new and existing customersProven success working in sales/customer-facing roles, focused on cybersecurity solutions or requirements.Strong project and time management skillsCollaborative mindset and willingness to engage with customers and multiple internal stakeholders on a daily basis in an effective mannerAbility to exercise good judgment around the balance of compliance and business needsWhat we'd like to seeCISSP/CISA/CCSP/CCSK certifications preferredWorking experience with Amazon Web ServicesFamiliarity with containers technologies (Kubernetes)Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-a-code strategies (Terraform)Working experience in evaluating 3rd party vendor security compliance reviewWorking experience in the software industry/technology consulting is a plusRFP management software experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensationStock optionsHealthcare for the family groupWellness perksLearning & development stipendMac equipment3 weeks vacationEnglish lessonsASAPP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
