Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions independently or in collaboration with a small development team.? Rapidly prototype solutions and create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for client demonstration in an agile manner.? Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code to fulfill project requirements.? Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.? Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp project goals and translate them into technical requirements.? Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability and performance.Requirements:? 5+ years of experience in Software Development.? Proficiency at designing and developing software using many of the following: Vue or Python (Django), SQL (Postgres), AWS (S3, Fargate, ElastiCache, RDS), Terraform, Athena, Fargate, Step Functions, Elasticsearch.? Experience building enterprise software with complex business rules and data models.? Experience designing and developing microservices or other distributed systems.? Experience with scaling to work with large data sets.? The role requires an individual who can influence and communicate effectively with team members and business partners at a Lead engineer level.? Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies, processes, and practices is essential to thrive in this position.Nice to have:? Flutter.? Consulting experience strongly preferred.
