Description
In preparation of Direct sales;
Support localization of logistics and vehicle stock management by analyzing local logistics flow and stock turn trend.
Establish logistics and stock management tailored to customs needs.
Support development of automation of logistics and vehicle stock management sales by validating and analyzing of overall work processes.
Monitor and supervise overall shipment and local logistics schedule for efficient stock management.
Conduct close communication with various stakeholders (headquarters, shipping companies, port operators, inbound logistics companies, etc.) to ensure the optimal level of vehicle supply.
1. Local (inbound & outbound) Logistics Management
•Monitor shipment arrival schedule to secure optimal level of vehicle supply
•Coordinate inbound logistics schedule through constant communication with shipment company, port operator, and inbound logistics company.
•Validate vehicle information on the document versus physical delivery and correct in case discrepancy.
•Evaluate shipment related document such as bill of lading, and request for revision if there is an error.
•Execute overall required requests in order to promptly supply vehicles to market such as requesting to separate bill of lading number.
•Monitor overall outbound logistics by examining logistics capacity cope with PDI throughputs.
2. Special Logistics Management
•Communicate with HQ for the prioritization of transportation considering the market demand and vehicle availability.
•Manage airfreight transportation by selecting a vehicle, coordinating necessary documents, arranging target delivery date with HQ and internal stakeholders.
•Manage ship back cases with HQ and relevant service providers.
3. Stock Management
•Monitor stock ages and distribute aged stock reports to relevant parties
•Collaborate and communicate with related internal stakeholders and vendors to coordinate storage allocation upon vehicle arrival ( i.e. FTZ, bonded area etc ) for efficient operation
•Implement and propose disposal scheme/measures for aged stock to minimize the vehicle standing-time and meet the company stock level target
4. Process and system automation
•Identify and solve systematic issues by analyzing current process & system
•Reflect and propose enhanced local blueprints to future process & system for improvement
•Analyze and validate various process & systems for direct sales in scope of Local logistics and stock management
•Conduct UAT and engage with system developers for system optimization
Qualifications
Education
Experience
At least 5 years of experience with expertise in vehicle sales or ordering
Preferred experience in retail business in the same industry (more than 3 years of experience)
Knowledge of the automobile industry with sufficient hands-on experience
Specific Knowledge
Excellent leadership and strong communication skills
Positive, constructive, and excellent problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Excellent MS office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
