Your primary role as a Manufacturing Strategy Consultant, reporting to GME's Manufacturing Oversight & Coordination department is to play a pivotal role in operationalizing GME's strategy by designing and prioritizing value-adding programs aimed at enhancing the operational performance of the Saudi Aramco's downstream assets, including refineries and petrochemical plants (wholly owned and affiliates). Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in setting the course of the GME organization, ultimately enhancing the overall operational performance of the downstream portfolio.   LHR Americas: LHR Americas recruits people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia. Who are we looking for: Our client is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GM) under the Technical Support team. Technical support is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing high-quality technical support to GM operating facilities (Refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants) inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & across the globe. Your primary role will be to provide the technical evaluation and assessment of rotating equipment including all the relevant auxiliary systems across our refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and manage the GME Strategic value-driven roadmap. Develop comprehensive manufacturing strategies leveraging portfolio prioritization and value mapping. Understand business strategy priorities and coordinate cascading of business strategic objectives into manufacturing objectives and KPIs. Contribute to the regular development and update of the manufacturing strategy, in coordination with the development and deployment of the various Manufacturing Excellence programs (e.g., reliability, maintenance, equipment care). Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives and communications on strategic initiatives. Coordinate governance bodies, including pre-board evaluations and advisory services. Conduct feasibility assessments and business case development for expansion opportunities. Advise affiliates boards management on manufacturing optimization programs. Monitor GME programs roll out and report to senior leadership on progress towards key strategic objectives. Conduct research of industry trends related to manufacturing excellence and translate insights into strategic levers and initiatives that can be integrated in Manufacturing Excellence Programs. Codify knowledge regarding best practices in manufacturing strategy, promote knowledge sharing via Community of Practices, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Manufacturing Excellence programs. Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Finance) is preferable. 10 years of experience in manufacturing strategy consulting or in corporate strategic planning.  Demonstrate expertise in portfolio management, business case development, and manufacturing operations. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships. Demonstrate success developing and implementing strategic roadmaps. Ability to translate strategic vision into action through structured process facilitation. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Interviews Stage: 2.1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will first schedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation. If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client. If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you. 2.2 Client Face to Face interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week. If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will get back to you and schedule a face-to-face meeting in a defined location. You will be told to go to the location. The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions. If your face-to-face interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, decide, and then receive a conditional job offer. 3. Conditional Offer: A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment. Conditions for employment include but are not limited to medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
