Main Purpose:Drive business growth and strengthen brand presence in a highly competitive environment.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:Key responsibilities: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms or verticals, analyzing key data and metrics to assess campaign performance and propose continuous improvements. Analyze the behavior and various variables of the loyalty program to implement actions to increase penetration, customer retention, and promote brand loyalty. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Plan and execute effective promotions (discounts, giveaways, etc.) to drive sales of company products and services. Identify and drive strategic partnerships with other brands (collaboration agreements, sponsorships, co-branding, etc.) to increase brand visibility and reach new customer segments. Manage and optimize the Engagement Program (communication, initiatives, training, etc.) to achieve objectives regarding customer experience throughout the network. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration. Advanced level of English. Proven experience in digital marketing. Solid knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions. Experience in designing and implementing loyalty programs and promotions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Results-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
