Marketing & Communications | People Engagement Business Partner Manager Overview/Summary The People Engagement Business Partner will operate as a strategic business partner and leading authority on internal communications. Leading with an audience first mindset, you will leverage data and insights with advanced targeting to deliver highly personalized and relevant experiences for our people.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with People Engagement Business Partner Lead for Legal and the Office of the COO to define strategic communication strategies and plans informed by audience insights and aligned business priorities.Leverage data and analytics to guide business stakeholders to optimal communication channel use aligned to targeted audience segments.Collaborate with People Engagement writers and channel experts, and more broadly with Marketing and Communications professionals when appropriate, in the execution of key internal communication activities.Have clear visibility of the primary internal communications channels aligned to your respective audience and business stakeholders (Portal Sites, Viva Engage Communities, MS Teams, etc.)Track metrics and share insights on program performance that continuously inform and measure our communications strategy and tactics.Contribute to the People Engagement team with a focus on building a trusted community where people feel a sense of belonging. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalentPreferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications, with expertise in designing and delivering integrated communication campaigns, including proficiency in digital platforms, face-to-face channels, content strategy, publishing, and management.Professional Skills Experience in integrated internal communications strategy development and execution. Includes in-depth knowledge and management of global digital platforms (web, mobile, social), face-to-face channels, content strategy, and publishing.Strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in creating and articulating client value propositions that can drive shareholder value.Strong writing, editing, presentation, and oral communications skills.
