Job Description Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator - Latin America and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will have the opportunity to unleash your passion to support the Latin American team and Auberge Resorts Collection hotels.
Position will primarily support the team supporting the resorts in Latin America – Hacienda Altagracia, Chileno Bay, Esperanza, Etéreo, and Susurros del Corazón.
This role can be remote in the USA or Mexico.
Assist with sales collateral requests including but not limited to: Invitations for sales events, resources for seasonal offers and experiences, trade show materials (pulling logos, resizing files for print, ordering name tags, etc.)Provide support in weekly marketing processes, including maintaining the travel advisor portal with updated contact information, refreshing the weekly experiences digest, pulling reporting metrics for newslettersMaintain updated information for all consortia partners and their portalsMaintain updated information for CVENTHelp create and track marketing deliverables with consortia, wholesale, and trade partnersWork closely with the social media team to provide the team with updated SM assets for their channels and assets they can share with their clientsHelp with sales event management including tracking RSVPs, managing website RSVP platforms, ordering supplies for events, etc.CRM management and data entryAssist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activitiesSupport the on-boarding of new team membersMaintain professional appearance and demeanor and to conduct personal behavior in a mature and professional business manner while representing the companyAbility to use creativity and a strong business acumen to generate immediate results Qualifications Ability to thrive in a home office work environmentExcited by opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help to build the ARC brand and establish the success of new hotelsPrevious experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industryExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team membersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detailKnowledge of hotel operations, services, and market trends is a plusA proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the teamStrongknowledge of G-SuiteBi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred Additional Information Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
