About the Role: As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing The Studio Pod's marketing operations, with a particular focus on the creation, planning, and implementation of graphic design elements. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including landing pages, digital ads, social media content, website visuals, and print materials. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistency with Studio Pod's brand image. Utilize graphic design tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics that effectively communicate the value and offerings of Studio Pod. Work closely with the content creation team, integrating graphic design elements into marketing campaigns and initiatives. Stay abreast of graphic design trends and best practices, continually seeking innovative ways to enhance Studio Pod's visual presence. Liaise with external vendors and agencies to support graphic design projects. Design and produce marketing collateral, including pitch decks, social media campaigns, e-newsletters, pamphlets, take-home cards, one-sheet info pages, etc. Design and implement landing pages via platforms such as Squarespace. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, with marketing experience highly beneficial. Strong understanding of marketing tools and techniques, including expertise in graphic design and social media. Proficient in graphic design software including Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Positive attitude, flexibility in the face of changes, and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations. Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Creative and innovative thinking skills. A portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.
