What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Marketing Lifecycle Manager. The primary role of the Marketing Lifecycle Manager is to collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, customer service, and data teams. You will identify opportunities for optimizing our members' journeys through activation, engagement, retention, and habit creation for new and existing subscribers.

Responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app messaging, social media, etc.) to drive engagement across stages of the user journey. The primary focus is on building a personalized experience at each step of the customer journey, increasing customer satisfaction, and ultimately driving revenue growth through improved retention. This job is a REMOTE position.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the development and implementation of automation and campaignsDefine strategy and KPIs for retention/engagement touchpointsIdeate and execute new subscriber engagement and content marketing initiativesOwn the subscription lifecycle and identify churn reasonsTest new ideas and collaborate with data teamsCreate and execute programs enhancing and building improved transparency of subscription benefitsAdvocate for subscribers across the companyManage triggered campaigns across multiple channelsDeeply understand the customer experience and develop segmentationImplement personalized marketing campaigns across channelsImprove customer loyalty and retention strategiesOwn retention marketing KPIs and A/B test campaignsAlign and report retention metrics with insights regularlyCollaborate with product, paid media, brand, business intelligence, and engineering teamsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and incorporate them into the strategy

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field4-5 years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agencyStrong understanding of customer behavior and segmentationMastery of digital marketing channels at various stages of the customer journeyExperience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, ESP, SFMC, Constant Contact, Sail Thru, Mailchimp, or PardotKnowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and mediaDesire to drive growth; data-driven and adept at working with numbersStrong project management skills include conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendationsExperience with A/B testing and experimentationStrong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments to align on strategic solutionsStrong technical proficiency/understanding of data and modeling infrastructureExperience building and leading email marketing strategies and proficiency with marketing messaging platforms such as SendGrid and similar toolsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
