Remote position (only for professionals based in LATAM) Part-time position We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join one of our client's team to help them build the foundation of the marketing tech stack, campaign operations, and lead management processes. The ideal candidate will be obsessed with data, details, and processes –and a whiz in building reports. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and executing campaign and event operations and owning the attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performance in Hubspot. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing. Requirements: - 4+ years of dedicated Marketing Operations at a B2B software company, with at least 2 years of being the core admin for Hubspot - Expertise in campaign management standard methodologies, including omnichannel campaign design (workflows and templates), scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, conversion tracking, and more - Expertise in funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reporting - Experience with web analytics tools, Google tag management, and attribution for search and performance marketing (eg LinkedIn, Facebook) - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines - Nice to have: experience implementing, supporting, and reporting on modern B2B demand gen strategies including ABM Campaign Management: - Support campaign operations execution for lead-gen and lead-nurture programs, including campaign creation, lead scoring and management, and segmentation - Drive email program builds and execution, including building emails using templates, creating UTMs for tracking, and scheduling sends - Build out web content for B2B Marketing programs and manage all web forms via Hubspot and LinkedIn - Support all pre- and post- event outreach and list management efforts - Provide audience lists to paid media agency for campaign targeting, optimize lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Optimizations and Reporting: - Maintaining and optimizing our marketing automation instance (Hubspot) including but not limited to all workflows, lists, forms, and connected apps - Drive lead funnel efficiency by optimizing lead capture, database management, lead scoring, lead nurture, and lead routing - Manage conversion tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Analytics and ensure leads are properly tagged for attribution - Support and drive additional growth campaigns, such as refer-a-friend, affiliate and more Reporting and Analysis: - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign performance – including pipeline generation, campaign influence, and campaign ROI - Consolidate data from a variety of sources including website traffic, social media engagement and campaigns to provide regular reporting About RYZ Labs: RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
