We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.Key Responsibilities: Provide users with a point of contact through which their needs regarding the use of resources and technology platform services are resolved and / or channeled, always in accordance with a standard adopted by the company.Identify and promote improvements in Media Campaigns of different platforms. Necessary skills and experience required: Experience in customer support/customer facingPeople with initiative and proactivity, who have good diction and excellent customer service.Profiles with experience in ADS, Marketing and/or Community Management.Create/Adapt/Translate Keywords lists and Ads identifying cultural nuances and business needs.Language Skills: Native Portuguese Advanced English Why Cognizant?
