Menu Planning Analyst

What we are looking forWe are seeking a full-time Menu Planning Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!
This person will be leading improvements in menu scheduling supporting business strategies contributing to reach company goals. This is a key role with significant impact on all areas of the business.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyze Menu gaps while executing the necessary actions to improve cost margins and menu satisfaction on a weekly basis.Support with Chef Portfolios and Menus' Analysis to support the different projects with Product, Portfolio and Chef Success Team.Identify margins improvement on Unit Costs basis, developing action plans for each initiative.Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports/ dashboards on Menu Planning team KPIsMaintain close relationships with all stakeholders to ensure air-tight communications.Analyze and approve new SKUs contributing variety flywheelQualificationsYou have 3+ years of previous experience in a a similar role, making business impact based onanalysis and its operational execution; and you have worked on different cost optimization projects.Bachelor's degree n Business, Economy or other related Good analytical skills and advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel.You can identify process gaps and opportunities, and a willingness to take the necessary steps to improve and implement them.You feel confortable handling multiple projects and assignments, while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines, and with a keen eye for detail.Since our HQ are located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required.Benefits Get paid in USD, Crypto, Euro, ARS.
