Job Position: Operations Coordinator - Sales Support Location: Remote (EST Timezone) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST) Job Overview: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our sales team, providing essential support to enhance our sales processes and efficiency. This role is pivotal in conducting research, preparing presentations, and performing a variety of operational tasks to ensure our sales team is well-equipped and positioned for success. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you'll contribute to optimizing our sales strategy and execution, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive results. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market, client, and competitor research to support sales strategies. Prepare engaging and informative sales presentations, leveraging your strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint. Implement and manage sales support tasks, including data management and analysis using HubSpot, ensuring accurate and accessible sales data. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the sales team by effectively utilizing tools such as Slack and Notion. Set up and maintain Zapier automation to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. Assist in customizing and optimizing our CRM platform (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce knowledge beneficial) to align with sales needs. Execute additional operational tasks as required to support the sales team, including but not limited to data scrubbing and list cleaning. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets/Excel is essential. Experience in Salesforce, Clay, and Notion is preferred. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed reports and presentations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a team environment. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. Nice-to-Haves: Experience integrating HubSpot with Webflow or another CMS. Experience in building online forms and familiarity with LinkedIn Ads. SQL knowledge or experience.
