Operations Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a proven track record in supervising operations?
We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee a dynamic project based in Palermo, CABA.
This is a 100% on-site role. Advanced English is a must.
General Duties and Obligations: • Responsible for overseeing the hiring, training, mentoring, performance management and office personnel retention.
• Working with department leaders to ensure robust KPI measurement and accountability.
• Analyzing and reporting office performance.
• Working with local HR on career pathing, personnel development, and office personnel retention
• Ensuring a top-notch professional atmosphere within the branch.
• Liaising with USA based department leaders as necessary to ensure team KPI's are being achieved.
• Foster open and effective communication channels within and between teams.
Requirements and skills: · Experience in Staff Management: The candidate should have a proven track record of effectively managing staff, including handling their demands, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at identifying issues related to absenteeism, medical leaves, and work accidents, and developing effective solutions to address them.
· Fairly Good Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and personnel issues effectively. Attention to detail.
