Description
Intro
We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our project team in a pivotal role as a Ordering Specialist.
This position is responsible for various aspects of vehicle order management, order monitoring and code restriction management, special order management, and system enhancement and ordering guidelines.
1. Vehicle Order management
• Execute order process for the responsible segments via internal ordering systems such as SAP, and GO (Global Ordering)
•Execute order process for MBK internal usage vehicles to meet the internal requirement and provide the vehicles to the designated organizations
• Execute order process for advanced vehicles based on the product design provided by the respective product manager
•Execute the test ordering for the new NST master data with product managers to validate the master data for the mass ordering
2. Order Monitoring and Code Restriction Management
• Monitor code changes via driven by HQ information and support to correct any errors
•Communicate with relevant parties on unexpected code issues and clarify it to align with country standard option list and homologation regulation
•Monitor vehicle order status in GO system, and update internal master file for stock management
•Analyze issues and trends in code restriction situation
•Manage the code restrictions and propose the feasible options to the stakeholders
•Monitor the code allocation and provide guidance to the dealers
•Monitor and support on dealerships' orders and its amendment in case required
•Coordinate internal discussions for accurate order placement
3. Special Order Management
• Monitor special orders modified by dealership to analyze up-to-date trends based on the result of special orders
•Distribute the special order indicator report to the dealership group to confirm the customized orders in HQ ordering system by checking the status and IDR clearance. Clear IDR issues and inform project managers to clear IDR regarding master data update.
•Communicate with HQ ordering team and dealership closely to reflect various order amendment and promote the market to sustain various options.
• Consult dealers about the special orders by analyzing the feasibility of the respective codes with HQ and Product team as well as system errors and ordering deadline guide
4. System Enhancement and Ordering Guideline
• Identify and analyze of issues regarding current system usage from dealership and internal perspective.
•Engage with system developers for optimizing ordering related systems such as Dealer Monthly Ordering and market operation efficiency enhancement
•Implement pre-production ordering function in SAP system to align with GO order status.
Qualifications
Education
Experience
Minimum 3 years business experience in business operation or ordering area
Automotive industry background preferred
Specific knowledge
English proficiency in business context level
Product knowledge preferred
Customer oriented operation skill
Customs regulation knowledge preferred
