Paid Social Manager

You will be responsible for planning, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid media marketing campaigns to achieve performance targets. You will lead and drive the organization (and your team) to build and execute an integrated marketing paid plan aligned with the company's key strategic objectives, unlocking opportunities for significant revenue growth through enhanced paid performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media management across various platforms and proven experience managing a team.

Responsibilities;

Support the creation and implementation processes of Paid Social plans and communication strategies for the US HispanicsEnsure campaigns are executed effectively to meet expected performance targetsConduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvementCollaborate with the creative production department to produce content for social mediaDevelop and implement new mechanisms to increase lead generationMonitor and support the processes of working with the SMM teamCoordinate multiple key projects simultaneously and deliver resultsProactively stay updated on media behaviors, technology trends, industry news, and evolving strategies.


Requirements

6+ years of experience in a similar positionProven managerial experienceProficiency in EnglishDemonstrated success in implementing Social Media strategies or equivalentExperience in fact-paced environments under tight deadlines and performance plansProven Track Record in scaling leads, revenue and margin in a D2C segment/market using Social Media Channels
