Key Responsibilities and Activities In line with Gruppo Campari procurement guidelines and relevant category strategies, the role holder : Support the management of Product Related purchasing processes for Argentina: - Lead suppliers onboarding process according to company procedure - Collaborate in Purchase to Pay process and actively look for process improvement - Collaborate in Material Planning process ensuring alignment with Procurement Strategy - Act as project/program manager for low-mid complexity procurement CS initiatives - Represent procurement for low-mid complexity innovation initiatives - Ensure timely reporting of Procurement KPIs - Ensure availability of procurement related documenation Support Cluster South Packaging Category Manager activities: - Category Cost break down, Cost modelling, Cost index tracking - Analize total cost of Ownership. Develop and execute category productivity plan to improve efficiency - Prepare and Execute Request for proposal / Request for quotation - Support risk assessment analysis and mitigation program development and execution - Support Supplier Performance Management Act as Category Manager for some low-mid spend assigned categories ensuring: - Category Cost break down, Cost modelling, Cost index tracking - Analize total cost of Ownership. Develop and execute category productivity plan to improve efficiency - Prepare and Execute Request for proposal / Request for quotation - Risk assessment analysis and mitigation program development and execution - Supplier Performance Management Key Relationships Internal: Cluster South Category Managers and Procurement Director, Local Quality Mangers Argentina and Mexico, R&D, SC Director, Material Planning, Planning, Marketing, Logistics & Distribiutions, Finance , Plant Manager, Opeartion Supervisors, Quality Coordinators, HSE Coordinator, Documental Control Analyst, HR. External: Suppliers Experience Required Education / Professional Qualifications Engineering Business Management Skills Functional Good communication skills: verbal, written and presentation Critical thinking/reasoning ability Ability to collaborate with others in complex multinational enviroment and have good team building skills Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
