- Analysis and correct payables documents entry into Oracle system
- Sensitive processes management and follow up
- Attention to internal and external clients through Gmail and Service Now
- Analysis and problem resolution avoiding escalation
- Detection and correction of invoice errors with proper follow-up
- Accounts reconciliation
- Continuous process improvement
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processes knowledge
___________________ - 2 to 5 years experience in similar tasks
- Intermediate English language
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to adapt to changing priorities/duties when requested
