We are partners with one of the leading real estate services companies.
Our project is about modernizing MLS infrastructure, which is currently On-Prem, by transitioning to Amazon Web Services aimed at scaling opportunities. We're forming a team for our partner and looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst.
Requirements
Ideal match for the role:
Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers;Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;Experience with Agile practices, Jira/Confluence;Experience with infrastructure migration projects;Data analytics experience;Knowledge of SQL and Postman;Upper-Intermediate English;Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers, and business;We're looking for someone who can see the system components, and understand data flow.Strong desire to learn new technologies when it's needed for successful requirements developmentUnderstanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;Understanding of REST API and integrations based on it;General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types
Will be a plus:
Interest in the technologies and tools or relevant experience in JSON, Swagger, databases, test automation, basic coding, etc
Role and responsibilities:
Close cooperation with the development team;Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);Close communication with customers from the stage of project kick-off to support;Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning, and execution control of the project;Backend documentation validation;Constant communication with the Engagement Team of the customer to formulate or specify the existing requirements;Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers' teams;Daily Scrum meetings participation
