The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the company, from the initial ideation through to completion.
He/she Coordinates people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
The Project manager is the point of liaison between the project team and senior management and is in charge of identification and mitigation risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
Familiar with Agile methodologies includingSCRUM/KanbanPrepping/Facilitating Scrum Process and Ceremonies for a engineering teamDelivery FocusedProactively helps identify dependencies external to the team and engages stakeholders, formulate delivery plan/timelines/contingenciesWorks to ensure that value is delivered seamlessly end to end (requirement, development, testing, acceptance, deployment, etc)Removes ImpedimentsCandidate has Process Improvement MindsetIdentifies challenges to delivery and works with team, stakeholders, etc to find solutionsData DrivenGathers metrics on development process and can utilize to identify bottlenecks, improvements, etcQualifications:
