Description
Tasks: Setup and Maintain Quality strategy according to ASPICE and QMH.  Plan and execute product/process review including lessons learned and ensuring closure of non-conformities. Perform regular maturity level assessments for each SW release. Setting and reporting the rating of maturity levels in assessments in cooperation with responsible project manager Definition and tracking of quality relevant KPI Establishing field parts analysis for 0 km and for field claims(warranty) in RD/I together with hardware Supplier Maintain and Perform analysis consistently during ramp up and series production. Responsibilities: Interface between Internal stake holders (RD/I , RD/MBB, PF teams) and Supplier Main contact point for project regarding quality topics Define and maintain QMS (Quality Management Strategy ) Reflect the current status of quality strategy and adapt if necessary (CIP) Escalation of non-conformities and deviations and follow up Ensure that product, processes, or services meet stakeholder / customer requirements, Maintain and ensure the desired level of quality standards. Regular reports to stakeholders Qualifications ASPCIE knowledge (good to have ASPICE Provisional Assessor) Knowledge about 0 Field claims and Warranty claims Experience in Stakeholder management and supplier management Experience with Project management and management reporting How and with which criteria's can product or processes be reviewed.
