Objective of job
As an Operational Strategist in RD PS, his/her role will be pivotal in supporting the successful planning, execution and optimization of the projects allocated to PSVD department. Especially, he/she will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration. His/her insights and action will contribute directly to the timely delivery of high-quality inputs that meet our current and future standards in regards to the company RD, Product and Sales strategies and our understanding of customer expectations.
1. Lead strategic discussion on various topics, including but not limited to organizational strategy, localization development, market foresights and etc.
2. Provide analytical input to steer the discussion across different functions within MB China
3. Make sure efficient execution for strategic decision through effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders
4. Establish and maintain operational excellence frameworks, standards, and best practices across all department functions.
5. Implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of operational activities.
6. Support strategic workshop and event, coordinate among cross-functional stakeholders within RD, marketing and sales colleagues and global counterparts.
7. Foster collaboration among different teams, acting as a bridge for effective communication and knowledge sharing.
1. Provide input for strategy workshops, coordinate with various stakeholders to workout convincing storyline
2. Organize strategic workshops and management timeline, create transparency within the alignment group
3. Support the operational work of strategic events, offer creative ideas/input to the content and format
4. Oversight and keep tracking the milestones of strategic discussions
5. Define, implement and monitor performance metrics and dashboards for department operational excellence
Qualifications
Qualification
- University degree in industrial engineering and management, business administration or relevant major
- 3-5 years working experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, program management or a related field
- Experience with problem-solving and complex stakeholders management
- Agile, analytical, good verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in Chinese.
