Engage Recruiting is a rapidly growing San Francisco Bay Area-based boutique recruiting firm specializing in early-stage startups. We are in hyper-growth mode and have more business than we can handle and looking for a Recruiter/Sourcer to help us scale and support many of our clients. We will provide training and this role pays for hourly work and is bonus eligible for each successful search and hire by our clients.
Your main goal is to identify, assess, engage, educate, and bring top diverse talent to the team. You will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and guiding/educating candidates.
Qualifications A passion for an understanding of how to attract and engage talentProven background in using innovative research & sourcing strategies & methods to identify and engage and develop diverse talentPartner with and influence business teams and Recruiters to embrace and execute their diversity initiativesDeliver an exceptional candidate experience by educating candidates on the client's culture and long-term opportunitiesReporting and analyzing data on recruitmentExcellent communicator, interact credibly on the telephone with people from all levels of an organizationHighly organized, detailed, focused, and able to prioritize and drive efficienciesHave experience in diversity sourcing and are able to find and create a pipeline of diverse candidatesYou display and energize a sense of urgency and priority within teamsDrive hiring processes that produce high-quality outcomesResponsibilities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements for each open position and contribute to the development of new strategies to engage and convert prospectsTactically research top talent and stay updated on current business news and sourcing strategiesFind, excite, and engage passive candidatesScreen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.Find creative ways to get candidates' attention during the initial reach-out stagesManage a high volume of requisitionsRequirements BA/BS degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year of previous Sourcing or Recruiting experienceProven ability to screen candidates and work with hiring managersDeep understanding of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidatesExperience juggling multiple searches and customer relationshipsBoolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques and toolsSharp interview skills, with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilitiesExcellent organization skills, ability to multitask in a high-paced environmentAny unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles submitted through our website or to personal email accounts of employees of Engage Recruiting are considered the property of Engage Recruiting and are not subject to payment of agency fees.
