We are Jules and our client is looking for a Remote Analyst! **This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA** About the Company Our client seeks to acquire and grow companies for long-term success. With a timeline of 18 to 24 months for the first acquisition, our team comprises two full-time partners based in New Jersey and Los Angeles, alongside interns and offshore support roles. About the Position As a Remote Analyst you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Conduct high-volume lead generation using databases and online resources Vet and organize target company data for email outreach Customize template emails to acquisition targets Summarize business descriptions for various industries Assist with meeting scheduling and other related tasks Requirements Excellent written and oral English communicationIdeally two or more years in a relevant position Bachelor's degree in Business, Finances, Economics or related is a plus. Exposure to business concepts is preferredStrong Excel proficiency: formulas and functions (such as IF, VLOOKUP, etc), familiarity with Excel's built-in tools for data analysis, such as PivotTables, PivotCharts, Data Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts and Graphs, etc Familiarity with Google Workspace or quick learning ability Experience working remotely for US-based companiesExperience with email sales efforts or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly advantageousHigh-energy and efficient in operative tasks Candidatesshould have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically, identify patterns and trends in data, and generate insights that drive business outcomes.Compensation and Benefits Very competitive salary Paid digital subscription to Wall Street Journal or Financial Times.
