Job Description & Summary
This individual will play a key role in the managing, supporting, and administering reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain critical talent across our Latin America region.
This role reports to the Head of Reward, Americas and CPO LatAm.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large, complex global organization.
Responsibilities Reward Subject matter expert for Reward and first point of contact for questions and requests Manage semi-annual salary increase process partnering with HR Business partners, to provide analysis, internal and external benchmarks and work with Finance on budgetingWork with the CFO and CPO to maintain bonus participant lists and manage bonus targetsPartners with LatAm HRBPs, business leaders and Finance on reward communications projects and initiatives Lead pay transparency initiatives for the regionComplete annual compensation benchmarking surveys by partnering with markets and conduct external competitiveness analysis using survey dataLead and managing the creation and maintenance of salary ranges for each marketBenchmark and analyze pay levels for new hire offers, develop executive pay recommendations, promotions and internal equity analysis, facilitate local and global reviewsManage and maintain global job architecture for LatAm and facilitate requests for executive level proposals to the Global Reward teamSummarize monthly promotion to vacancy requests for Finance reviewAdminister employee-wide stock option plan (grants, vesting's etc) and manage quarterly exercise windowsSupport Executive Stock Administer executive restricted stock/performance share plan (grants, vesting's etc) Maintain and manage executive compensation dataParticipate in global rewards projectsConduct ad-hoc research, reporting and analysis Immigration and Global Mobility Collaborate with our external immigration attorneys to manage all aspects of business visitor visas, employment visas, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications, ensuring exceptional customer serviceProvide guidance to HR business partners and business managers on visa processing times, sponsorship requirements, associated risks, and costs for potential candidatesMaintain and review visa tracker, ensuring timely initiation and filing of extensions. Partner with WPP headquarters Global Mobility and relocation vendors to administer transfers and international relocations and assignments, including creating cost projections and relocation/assignment lettersCoordinate resolutions to complex mobility cases with relocation vendorsMonitor immigration and mobility compliance and risks, ensuring adherence to global compliance positions and policiesCoordinate payments related to the mobility program (e.g., billing/invoices, reimbursements, general expenses)Collaborate with HR Business Partners to create and communicate relocation packages, answering questions and resolving issuesCommunicate global mobility policies and procedures across the regionQualifications 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration Understand of agency skills sets (advertising, creative, media, analytics, planning) Familiarity with Workday -a plusSuperb Excel skills High attention to detail Partnership and collaboration mindset Thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills Proactivity and enthusiastic problem solverStrong skills in data reporting and analysis Natural and effective collaborator
