What you'll do? As a Backend Engineer in the User Eligibility team you will be responsible for operating the Subscription Domain at Company? You'll work with our team to build a strong opinion on what our subscription data model looks like, merging models and working on driving reliable, quality APIs other services can depend on? You'll work in our Platform Org, focusing on developing APIs to feed other Platform Services as well as Applications in our PX Organization? You'll need to be a strong collaborator and communicator — understanding downstream APIs and upstream application behaviour? You'll need to support services in Production by utilizing Monitoring & Alerting, using initiative to investigate potential issues and being confident in raising those to the wider team? We use DataDog for Logging and Monitoring, Terraform for managing infrastructure, GitHub Actions for managing CI/CD and ArgoCD for managing Kubernetes Clusters (EKS)What we are looking for3+ Years of Ruby on Rails ExperienceExperience developing APIs using RESTExperience collaborating with other engineering teamsProficient with Monitoring Tools like DataDogProficient with CI/CD Tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions or Circle CIProficient with Postgres or similar DB management technologyBonus Marks? Previous experience working with a Subscription Model? Previous experience with Go? Previous experience with gRPC?
