As a member of the COE Analytics Tools & Reporting team, you will develop and enhance analytical models and reporting tools that provide insights on underlying trends and key drivers of the business.

Qualifications: You will:
Improve the performance, functionality, and standardization of PowerBI models used for ME reporting.Manage and process data from Sales, Finance, and other functions to create dashboards that help managers and operations personnel make fact-based decisions.Resolve and troubleshoot Issues.Gather and document project requirements.gathering and documenting project needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of clear and concise requirements.Create analytical models and scorecards to help leaders understand key business trends and drivers that affect Sales Excellence initiatives. Ensure high-quality data output.Here's what you need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent oral and written communication in EnglishAt least one year of experience doing analytics work, which may include: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance, and related functions - Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate - SQLExperience with defining and using performance metrics.Curiosity, creativity, a collaborative attitude, and attention to detailAbility to explain technical information to senior, non-technical users.Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment.Extra credit if you have: Master's degree in analytics or similar fieldExperience with Azure, Google CloudAbility to prioritize workload.Did you know that Accenture was named the most diverse and inclusive company in the world?
