Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru, India, was founded in 1996 as a captive unit to support Mercedes-Benz groups Research & Development and IT. We started with a focus on topics ranging from CAD, CAE and IT programming for all of the group's business units. Meanwhile, we have moved up in value to cater to advanced topics in vehicle engineering and IT technologies. We are now responsible for new methods in Design and CAE, software content for control units, head units and various critical engineering tools. Important components of digital dependencies on overall product development, is located now at MBRDI. The satellite office in Pune specializes in interior & exterior component design, wiring harness, IT for Sales. The establishment of MBRDI is in line with the Mercedes - Benz group's ambition to attract the world's best engineering talent and form a global footprint for its R&D and IT competencies. MBRDI also aims to partner closely with suppliers in India for its activities in product development and IT services. We are now one of the largest developments centers outside of Germany, employing over 8000 skilled engineers aside from being an integral part of all business units and brands of Mercedes-Benz worldwide
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:-
Play the leading role as the main Salesforce subject matter expert in defining the architecture, solution design, development, testing, deployment and maintaining of the CRM blueprint for automotive. Plan and co-ordinate the design, development and execution of change/problem management tasks in the project scope as main CONTENT/TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL EXPERT within the guidelines in order to meet the agreed quality standards, time planning and budgets. Share the knowledge and expertise in the team to ensure continuity, by keeping documentation up to date, providing training material and become the subject matter expert for Salesforce AutoCloud Template. Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers for change and problem management by providing quick resolutions. Willing to travel (occasional) Skills Required At least 4+ years of related professional experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud). Good Communications skills English is our corporate language, German is an asset. Experience with Salesforce Development and solution designing. Analytical and design thinking Deep technical knowledge and work experience on Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud platforms. Experience with the agile way of working and SAFe framework Decision making: Able to function independently with limited work directions Able to steer and manage supplier teams. Capability to solve requests/problems when under pressure (e.g. deadlines or major incidents) Is able to setup work directions Monitor and manage time and prioritize own workload and of the supplier teams.
