You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute You will:
Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Experience in customer service, logistics or sales supportBasic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)Solid communication and problem solving skillsAbility to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composureMore about this role What you need to know about this position: Como Sales Operations Specialist en el área de Revenue Growth Management, deberás analizar la mejor manera de llevar la estrategia de precio para maximizar el revenue de cada marca a la práctica, en cada región, canal y familia de productos.
Deberás analizar también como promocionar la marca cada mes de forma tal de eficientizar su uso y cumpliendo diversas restricciones, entendiendo el tipo de promoción, cuando realizarla, que producto llevar al frente y si la misma repaga.
Para esto deberás supervisar la construcción y mantenimiento de modelos estadísticos de precios y promoción. Esto requerirá, además, la comunicación efectiva y el trabajo en conjunto con diversas áreas de la compañía y la capacidad de búsqueda de datos de diversas fuentes.
Education / Certifications: Graduado o próximo a graduarse de Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Actuario, Economía, Ingeniería, entre otras.
Job specific requirements: +1 años de experiencia laboral y/o universitaria en modelado de datos . Experiencia laboral y/o universitaria con Power BI. Manejo de conceptos de estadística y marketing. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buena comunicación. Se valora experiencia en sectores de consumo masivo y/o consultoría.
Dominio del idioma inglés intermedio o avanzado. Manejo avanzado paquete Office (excel). Work schedule: Esquema híbrido. Lunes a Jueves 9hs a 18 hs, Viernes 9hs a 14:00 hs . No Relocation support available
