As the link between fleet operators and the wholesale and retail level of Mercedes-Benz AG, it supports customers with competent technical and logistical services for all aspects of the automobile. The range of services covers the entire value chain in fleet and used vehicle management. CARS Technik & Logistik GmbH is also active as a body manufacturer for various vehicle scopes.

Your tasks / These are the challenges you will face:
Operational sales and performance controlling, in particular vehicle quantities and work values for the company's Vehicle Logistics, Transport Logistics & Forwarding, Mercedes-Benz Service Workshop and Vehicle Construction divisions New and further development of control instruments, KPIs and reports for targeted analysis and evaluation of performance figures and process flowsPreparation of annual and monthly plans as well as regular management reportsRegular coordination with clients from the new and used vehicle sector of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Mercedes-Benz Bank AG in the role of representative and thus first point of contact for clients in the planning, quotation and invoicing processPreparation of quotation calculations as well as organization and follow-up of quotation and contract managementCreating and regularly updating price lists and customer contracts (mainly service agreements) and carrying out post-calculations Contributing to cost and investment planning during the year for the operational business and administrative areasCreation and further development of local work instructions and internal control systems (ICS) to ensure compliance regulations in the Mercedes Benz Group, including in the areas of antitrust law and tenderingSparring partner in the management of the CIP process in the operational areas on the basis of performance controllingParticipation in the adaptation of existing and implementation of new IT systems and the digitalization of business processes
Qualifications Qualifications / Ideally you qualify for this job with:
