What you'll do: Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Collections Analyst Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina In this role, As an Intern you will: Handle a portfolio of customers with open receivables. Do analysis and resolution of issues due to lack of payment. Manage customer´s inquiries (external and internal customers). Interact with different departments of the organization. Do negotiation of installment plans and debt resolution. Have full accountability of self-portfolio. Generate reconciliation reports in excel files for customers, with actions taken and next steps. Promote continue improvement and support to projects. We are looking for a student who can provide support to our Cash Collections team. The Collections Analyst Intern responsibilities include proactively contact clients to ensure timely payment.
