At Randstad we are currently looking foraSenior Equity Research Analystwhowill work side-by-side with Investment Professionals located in US, LatAm and Europe for aGlobal Equity Firm. The main objective of the role is to assist the teams with research support throughout the investment/deal life cycle. The sectors under scope are Technology, Consumer, Healthcare and Financial Services. This position provides the opportunity to work in a global environment with top analysts/executives.
The main duties to be perform are:
Help the teams to identify and understand key investment areas within the technology, consumer, healthcare and financial services sectors globally by preparing industry overviews on sub-sectors/verticals.Assess viability of expansion projects and/or M&A activities using valuation techniques (DCF analysis) to recommend credit alternatives.Build material to help the team prepare for meetings with prospect companies: company profiles, people profiles, etc.Support the team sourcing effort by building market maps and identifying potential prospect companies.Prepare Insight analysis on specific sectors and keep the teams up to date sharing relevant sector information.Content editor for daily / weekly newsletters.Skills required:
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Business Economics or other relative degrees(Mandatory).Fluency in English (Mandatory).Prior experience of 2 years in a similar profile (Mandatory).Advanced degrees and certifications such as a CFA and Masters in Finance/Economics, MBA are preferred.Knowledge and interest in M&A, Valuation, Impairment Test, Due Digilence.Excellent Word, Spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills .Solid finance skills and interest in finance.If you think you meet the requirements for this job position, apply today with your updated CV in English.
