We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Senior Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, BDAs (interns) and 1 manager, covering the LATAM region, in support of our field sales organization, in a role based from our LATAM Sales hub in Buenos Aires. Your Team will develop and qualify revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel sales pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve goals of the company.
 
Role Description:
Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives that are responsible for developing and qualifying INBOUND opportunities within their assigned territory! They generate new business opportunities to fuel different business units pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You will play a key role as you lead/handle this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team, and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing a definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate objectives!What you will be doing: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of BDRs,and BDA applying best practices to produce maximum resultsWork with other Sales Managers and Account Executives toward common goals of pipeline generationEstablish and nurture relationships with Key StakeholdersRegularly report on team/team member results - quantity & quality of leads and revenue to Sales ManagersMaintain focus and commitment to assigned targetsEmpower team members to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentivesDevelop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategyUtilize quantitative methods to measure, manage, and optimize efforts and allocation of resourcesIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivityWork closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reportingWork closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-upWork closely with Operations to make recommendations on process improvementHelp build a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work What we are looking for: Previous experience gained in software sales, preferably CRM or Enterprise ApplicationsDesire to lead, coach, and develop others around you. You have a passion for developing talent and coaching a team to successPrior management experience successfully coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Sales professionals to achieve performance goalsRelevant experience in a hands-on lead generation role, driving key metrics and daily activity, preferably in a SaaS organizationConsistent proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectationsThe desire for developing new business opportunitiesAbility to forecast your business – lead conversion data through to pipeline build and win ratesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationshipsYou can adapt easily to a rapidly-changing environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills/ English and Spanish Accommodations
