This position of Senior Marketing Analyst – Lending & Loyalty provides an opportunity to become part of strategic team that looks after several priorities for American Express: drive revenue growth, increase online penetration and encourage digital adoption.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Sr Marketing Manager Lending & Loyalty and the primary responsibilities of this person will be to lead communication strategy both for Lending (including cobrand) and Membership Rewards while driving digital transformation.
How will you make an impact in this role? Main Responsibilities: Develop & implement Membership Rewards' communication plan to improve program awareness, increase redemptions and drive card member engagement. Develop marketing plans and programs and/or enhance lending products, analyze customer needs, competitive activities and market environment to provide the superior value in the market place. Manage the creative development and approval process across loyalty and lending marketing campaigns, liaising with legal, Compliance, Brand and external agencies. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including targeting, segmentation, campaign set-up, deployment, and post campaign performance. Improve the MR journey across all related touch points to ensure that we offer appropriate, consistent experiences for Card Members. Understand competitive landscape, gather insights, and turn market best practices into actionable marketing strategies. STAR platform management that includes rewards setting and monitoring. Support new Membership Rewards partners' development including contract support, TLM process and registration (salesforce deal protocol) as well as existing partners relationship maintenance. Support Product Catalogue management (calendar, categories and performance). Closely work with CFN, CEN and GBI to improve customer experience. Claims management. Partners invoice management and control. Create bonus points campaigns for different areas. Minimum Qualifications University Degree or last year´s studies: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related. (required) Solid marketing skills and understanding of loyalty programs, lending products and customers.
